With Funding I Would...

A suggestion has been made, that I describe what would happen if I actually had the funding that I have so passionately asked for. So, here are some specific plans that have been scuttled so far. These are plans that I would very much like to resurrect.

1. Edit/Revise/Reprint to Improve the Cry for the Shadows book.
2. Develop and Produce an Audio-Book version - Free Distribution On-Line, MP3, CD, Etc.
3. Print a Pocket-Book Edition - I wanted Free distribution to Crisis Centers, etc.
4. Develop and Write Screenplay Version, Try to Promote.
5. Finish and Publish sequel - Lucifer's Snowstorm (Embryonic Stem Cell Thriller).
6. Continue writing opinion columns with Pro-Life themes.
7. Other endeavors to change minds about abortion as Ideas/Opportunities arise.

As you can see, there was a fairly ambitious plan, hatched nearly two years ago as I began to write Cry for the Shadows. With even fractional embrace by the pro-life community, the "profits" on the book sales could have gone a long way to achieving these goals.

As it stands, I do appreciate those who have purchased the book, and I especially appreciate their words of encouragement. Unfortunately, the reality of the situation is that those sales have not even kept pace with the expense of the on-line services that are required to conduct any business at all.

What Specifically Do I Want?

1. Purchase Books (Direct from me is best due to the high discounts given Amazon, etc.).
2. Purchase eBooks (That's only $4.99 and the Microsoft Reader is Free to Download).
3. Send Money (If you can give a lot... please do.  Keep doing it if you can, and if we actually had donors who could give thousands, or tens of thousands, or even more, we could accomplish some very effective work without having to focus so much on earning "profit."

My Goals:  I want to stop abortions where ever and whenever possible, and I want to share God's message of forgiveness and healing. I want to inspire others to speak up for the unborn. I enjoy writing and creating and so, why not direct that energy toward the goal of stopping abortion where ever possible? Will money go to me? Yes, because I have direct expense, and I have a very large hole to dig out of due to going it alone, so to speak. Rest assured that our desires in life do not include luxury homes, clothes, or anything else. Regardless, adequate funds allow the project(s) to continue and move forward.
